Hatha Yoga with visual cues for HARD OF HEARING COMMUNITY
Hearing Yoga Classes can be frustrating for Hard of Hearing and Deaf yogis for many reasons such as:
Having to keep the head in a compromising position to follow instruction
An inability to relax completely, feeling the need to keep the eyes open at all times during class
Not knowing contraindications for specific asanas (postures)
Please join me for a special Visual Yoga class specifically designed to address these concerns.
Beginning May 1st
A 6 week session for $75

I'm a Hard of Hearing registered Yoga teacher, recently
certified in Visual Yoga through Deaf Yoga Foundation with Lila Lolling and a
student of American Sign Language.
I believe Yoga should be accessible to everyone. With a bit
of mindfulness, tailoring to individual needs and modifications it can be. It
is my wish to work with the Hard of Hearing community to share the benefits and joys of a practice I love.
