FEES FOR MEMBER AND NON-MEMBERS
Special Beginning Yoga I 6 Week Beginner - $85 For those with NO YOGA experience. A 6 week course - $85. All classes are 1 1/2hour long and meet once a week. Learn basic postures, breathing and the 5 points of yoga. Please call 732-462-YOGA* for start date or go to our Workshop page. Special Beginning Yoga II 4 Week Beginner II - $60 For those students who have either finished our Beginner I course or have some knowledge of Yoga. All classes are 1 1/2 hour long and meet once a week. Go deeper into your practice and learn more advanced postures and breathing techniques. Please call for start date or check out our Workshop page. All classes require a $25.00 registration fee to reserve and guarantee a place in class. Please register early. Yoga is very popular and classes fill quickly.*

Open Yoga Classes ------ All Levels (For independent students)1 1/2 & 2 hr Recommended for Beginners (with some Yoga experience), Intermediate and Advanced students or students who have completed our Beginner Yoga courses at Freehold Yoga Center.
Children's Yoga 45 minute class - 4 weeks - ages 4 - 7 Special class for children teach proper breathing, stretching and movement.6 week segments. Please call to be added to waiting list. Class will start when there is sufficient enrollment. Gentle Yoga* For those looking for a less strenuous experience. 1 1/2 hour. *Please call for schedule .or check out the workshop page.	.
Teachers Training Course Course for National Registration Certification - A 6 month in depth study of Yoga philosophy and Hatha Yoga. This is a hands on approach to learn more about Yoga and how to teach. Call for brochure See Workshop page for more information
